Can't log into my Avast account

When I try to sync my passwords on my PC, it asks me to log into my Avast account, but it doesn’t let me in.
I can log in from my browser and from my phone just fine, but it doesn’t log me in on my PC.
Help?

Does the problem still exists? What is the error message you are getting?

I am unable to run a scan without a password that Avast now keeps asking for, although, if I ever even made a PW, I certainly don’t remember what it is, I even went to UNINSTALL Avast with the hopes of then REINSTALLing the Program, but AGAIN, I am asked to enter a PW BEFORE I can even UNINSTALL the Avast Program, seems like I’m in a VERY FRUSTRATING Catch 22, is there a Solution to this Delimma?
