Can't login to Avast Password for Android

So I factory resetted my phone (for another reason). I also forgot my avast password so I had to reset and change it. After that, I downloaded Avast password for Android and when I tried to log in (after entering the code it sent to my email), it asked my other device to confirm that I had a password change. The problem is that the other device is the device I factory resetted so I couldn’t confirm the password change. I did the other method which was to enter my password for my Avast account, which didn’t work. Any suggestions on what to do next? :-\

I am currently having this same problem with multiple Avast products. The login just fails without any information. Has this been solved?

I have exactly the same problem as He10 and mates2 had:
After factory reset and full restore of my phone I could not reach my stored passwords. I tried to configure Sync but I have no idea what was my previous Avast password. Can you or anyone help me?

The email would have been sent to you around Jun 4, 2019
Please note that the Master password and Avast account password can be different (it depends on what you set - they are not linked)

Hello,
I tried to do it but the situation is the following:
I receive only one mail around Jun 4, 2019 but there wasn’t any ‘Restore’ button in the mail only a ‘VERIFY EMAIL’. But that link is expired.

When I try to configure Syncronization & Back-up in the Android app and I get that screen where I chose ‘DON’T HAVE ANOTHER SYNCED DEVICE?’ option.
After that I should enter my previous Avast Account password to sync but I can’t remember to that pw.
So I can’t continue with password syncing.
So sad.
