Can't remove malware!

hello guys

I’m using right now Avast the free edition , after finish the scan i notice there is 1 infected file

i can’t move it to chest or delete it!
any idea guys , Please help me to fix it

put your mouse pointer on the vertical bar in front og severity and dragg sideways, then you get the full file path
take new screenshot

when running AdwCleaner…click delete to remove the crap files found
