Can't renew my free license

Hello, I have an issue regarding why I can’t renew my free license.

My registration has just expired and when I press “Register Now” a “Loading” window appears and then it just disappears suddenly with no messages regarding that.

My apologies if this issue was already posted, but I’d like a solution if possible.

For my laptop info, I’m using an i3 1.8 GHz with 4 GB RAM.

What version of Avast is installed ???
Right click the Avast tray icon and select About Avast to get that information.

My avast version is 12.3.2279

But is it okay to mark this as solved now? Since my avast! suddenly got registered earlier.

I will update my program as soon as possible.
