Can't reset password/login after changing password

I recently changed my password for my avast account - now I can’t log in (I had to re-register just to post this)!

I have repeatedly tried the ‘Can’t access your account’, entered my e-mail and I have still to receive a response. I have checked my spam/junk e-mail and nothing. How am I meant to fix this? I can’t even raise a support ticket or anything now!!
