I couldn’t remember my password to re-register so I clicked for the password reset email and everytime, I get “problem loading page”. I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome, and can load other pages successfully. I called customer support and the are closed and their voicemail box is full. Any ideas on what else I can try?
You don’t need a password to re-register.
Really? Maybe you don’t but I do if I want to use the same email address. When I put in my email, it says the email address provided is already in use at my.avast.com Please use the password associated with that account or enter a new email. It also has a Forget Password? link which causes an email to be sent with a link stating
"Your password has been reset. Click the following link to create a new password: "
But the link always times out.
What or where do you want to re-register…??
My annual registration. It expires this week.
If necessary you can reset your password. 
You all are missing the point. The password reset link won’t load. It times out, over and over, despite reboots and various browsers. What do I do now? All other websites work perfectly.
I am disappointed I am getting responses from those who obviously never really read the question.
If you can’t register online, try the off-line registration. (Reply #5)
