Fucking seriously, HOW IS IT HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO HAVE UPDATES THIS OFTEN? all of the time I get a freaking annoying message telling me my system is in danger and I need to update some shit. So I update and not long after that I get another update message. Like seriously? If it’s so important why don’t you update it automatically (using few bandwidth and processing, of course) instead of annoying me with pointless messages? My system isn’t in danger if I don’t accept a fucking 10kb update every couple hours, I’m not an idiot. I’ll get rid of this shit as soon as my license expires
If you’re just browsing the forum and intends to use avast (probably nobody) don’t. I’d rather have an ad virus or something, this way I’ll be less annoyed
Then just turn it off, it is just a setting!

What updates ??? VPS, Program or do you programs that you’re running that need to be updated ???
A screenshot would be helpful.
There are two types of updates:
- Virus definitions (VPS): normal updates (2-4 times a day generally) and streaming updates (microautoupdates): http://blog.avast.com/2013/09/16/seeking-perfection/
- Program updates: major version (once a year) and minor ones (each two months generally).
