Can't turn on Secureline VPN on free trial

Just started the free trial for Secureline VPN, but when I try to turn it on it says I need a license.
My options are to either buy Secureline VPN (negating the point of a free trial), or to enter a license code. However, when I enter the code that appears on my account, a message comes up saying it’s for an unsupported product.

So, essentially, I’ve got a free trial of… nothing.
I’m not trying anything.
I have no ability to know if the service is any good during this trial because I can’t use it.

Any ideas what’s going on? Or is this free trial idea just a practical joke?
