Oops, wrong forum. Can a mod move it please?

Why are you needing to uninstall avast?

I wanted to install KIS 2010 and during the install KIS says that it has been found ALWIL Software version 4.0 and that I have to delete it and then continue with installation.
Now I can’t find that file anywhere. I used avast a sometime before 5-6 years ago, after avast had ESET Smart Security and it worked properly.
How to delete this?

Works only in Windows safe mode or normal mode can too?

You should use it in safe mode!
