Can't uninstall complete version 4.7

Hi all :wink:
I’m from italy.

So i do the uninstall process but in the control panel there’s still the program and
when i try to uninstall again it say me "A setface error has occurred : 2 " ,
and appear too on the desktop a window that advise there is an error.
I tried to download a new avast but the setup say it can’t.

How can i definetely remove avast from pc ?

If Control Panel fails, use Avast Uninstall for complete uninstallation.
Why are you uninstalling?
Which is your other antivirus program?

Nothing personal
only i found it complicated for me.
I find clearer AVG :slight_smile:

I’m an ex AVG user. I can assure you that you’ll find better support and more features on avast.

Complicated, different perhaps and the learning curve may appear to be steep, but for the most part avast on the default settings should need little user input.

We are here and happy to help smooth those complications you mention.

I too an an ex AVG user and wouldn’t go back now I have found avast.
