I hope this message finds you well. We are experiencing an issue where our company domain, catalyicsecurity[.]com, is being incorrectly flagged as a blacklisted domain by Avast antivirus software. As a result, our clients are unable to access our website and services, which is causing a disruption in our business operations.
We believe this is a false positive, as our domain is safe and secure. However, Avast is mistakenly blocking access to it, and we are unable to resolve the issue on our own.
Could you kindly provide a solution or update regarding this? We would greatly appreciate it if the issue could be reviewed and our domain removed from the blacklist, ensuring that our clients can access our website without issues.
