ccleaner is prevented from running

I get the following error message when I try to run ccleaner

Avast Sandbox . c\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe . > c\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe . The extended attributes are inconsistent.

I can I get CCleaner to run?

Easy solution, don’t run CCleaner sandboxed.

It is not in the sand box, But that is the message I receive

I have tried to run ccleaner with and without it being an ‘exception’ in Avast settings
