CCleaner not removing registry entry

I have run the Registry Cleaner in the latest version of CCleaner multiple times and I continue to receive the following registry error:

The file referenced at: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AvastVBoxSvc\ImagePath could not be located. These references are often left behind after uninstalling software.

Did you use the Avastclean tool followed by a reboot?

Disable Avast self defense (Settings / Troubleshooting) and run registry cleaner (CCleaner).
Enable Avast self defense.

If you use the avast uninstall tool you will reboot into safe mode thus removing the need to disable the avast self defense mode.

OP probably removed just NG and now there is registry entry showing in CCleaner.
If I remember correctly, I solved the same problem like I said.
