CCLEANER PRO not working after cell phone is formated

Hello,
This weekend I formatted my cell, post which my CCleaner is not getting upgraded to Pro. I can’t even raise ticket as it’s only available for Pro users. Its valid till April 2022 :frowning: kindly assist.

Note : I am using the same Google account in which I made payment. PFA.
