Change available actions when virus found?

Hi.

When a virus or PUP is found, the standard actions are move, delete & block.
For various reasons, not the least of which is false alarms, I need the option to ignore the warning and leave the file alone.
They’re usually temporary/short-term files, so adding them to the exclusions isn’t really a viable option.

Is there a way to add/enable an ignore?

I believe block is the same as ignore. You can add an exclusion in Settings. Sorry, Block is not the same as ignore but I do not believe their is an ignore option in avast.
