I purchased a package that can be installed on 10 devices and installed it on 2 PCs and 3-4 phones and tablets. One tablet and one phone broke and won’t turn on. How can I cancel the licences here and install them on new devices?
Licenses of inactive devices would automatically be “cancelled” after some time. You can install them to other devices as long as old devices never came up.
