My account was registered to a email address that was shut down last year by the provider.
I need to access my avast account but cant get a password reset as it goes to that account hence creating a new one. I need to open a ticket apparently after 40 minutes to a useless advisor who wanted to access my pc - no idea why but her supervisor said i need to create a ticket.
Can I create one? I would love to but no idea where to ive spent a hour looking.

thanks basically says have to be in my account then I can add a new address or on my current account add my old email but sends a link to that account so either way cant do what I need to do.
The order number I don’t have as its gone to my old email also added it to the ticket thanks
