Charged twice for Internet Security

How can it be that I have been charged twice with different amounts for purchase of Internet security?
I have also tried twice to submit a ticket but no reply has been received and the ticket is never issued with a reference number.
Is there a scam site pretending to be Avast?

Well so far have exchanged 6 or 7 emails with Customer Support (Danilo Torga) and even supplied (unwillingly) a copy of my bank statement, but still no satisfaction and they don’t seem to be answering now.
I am beginning to wish that I had stayed with a product that I can buy in a box.

Try talking to your bank.

I am talking to my Credit Card company and will take action if Avast do not respond satisfactorily.
However, my gripe is with AVAST and I think that anyone contemplating buying an Avast should be aware that there is a scam operating here and if they are cought in the same trap, they can expect no satisfactory response from “Support”. After being informed that it has been sent to the “payment team” and sending a furtherreminder, I still have no satisfactory response.
A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience exacerbated by now having a pop up telling me that my subscription has expired even though “My Account” shows that I have 10 months to run.
