Charged twice!!

I have been charged twice this year for anti virus. The problem is I can’t find a way to talk to a human being at avast about this. My old email doesn’t work any more so I can’t use that to contact avast. What can I do?? Any help is very wel come.

What is it with customer support? I have been charged twice due to a glitch on their website, I’ve got a call reference and no way to contact them and they are not contacting me. The links given just take you in a loop and I’m getting no-where.

Avast and DRI are both hopeless organizations which rush to take people’s money and then can’t be contacted when they have scammed us or taken double payments. They need to be stopped by law.

It isn’t hard to fill out the form. Once done they can start refund process if you’re entitled to a refund.
