Check always fails - only states that a problem has ocurred and try again

Hello,

After the last few updates (I’ve been waiting that the next update would correct this issue, but so far no luck), Avast Mobile Security for Android does not do the Check, always returning a message “Check failed. An error has occurred. Try again.”.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled several times, always with the same result.
Any ideias?

It’s installed on a Huawei SCL-L21 with Android 5.1.1.

Hi, it usually helps to clear the app data (Settings→Applications→Avast Mobile Security→Delete cache and user data). If it does not help, please let me know, if you are using the latest app version (6.4.3), thanks.

I though that when I uninstalled an app it would also clear all the app’s data. It seems it doesn’t.
