Chrome - Google Search Hijacked - SearchYa!

Only issue I’ve noticed is the search box while using chrome has been Hijacked, it now goes to SearchYa! and I’m unable to change it. I don’t have a tool bar to uninstall, Hosts file is clean, Settings in chrome point to google.com, yet search doesn’t go there. Firefox, Safari and IE all clean.

Avast and Malwarebytes do not find any issues.

OTL Log File Attached, will attach others in replies.

I don’t know if this is related or not. I have had issues with losing sound in Chrome recently. Pandora, Youtube, etc wouldn’t play sound at all. After much un-installing, re-installing and playing with sound setting’s I got it back, this is the only other issue I’ve noted.
