Clean up License code

Hi

I have the cleanup subscription, but it’s not working.

When i try to enter the license code, i saw that is the same number as my Avast premiere product when i use the clean up, it stars scanning and then send me to purchase the product. And i can’t find the option to download a license file…

I’m sorry for the trouble that you were experiencing trying to activate the Cleanup license. There was an issue with the license in our systems - I have corrected this now so that you can activate the application straight away using the activation code (to do this, please open Avast Cleanup > click “Menu” in the top right corner > click “My Licenses” > click “Enter a valid activation code”).

Please let me know if you have any further issues with the activation.

Hello BWhit. Hopefully you still work at Avast. I am having a similar problem with my Paid Avast Cleanup. It keeps saying on-top: “open full features” but it doesn’t work. I have repaired it, I have uninstalled it and, also, Re-installed it but it still doesn’t see the installed License or Work any-longer either. Note: I even reverted to a different Restore point and even that didn’t fix it! I am getting really upset because I have used Paid versions of avast since 2009. that is 16 Years my friend!
