I inserted my license code several times, then the code can’t be used again, so i applied a license file , but when i insert my license it said no available license in it. what should i do? (无法插入许可证文件 许可证文件中没有任何有效许可证)

I also activated the PC Clean up, I have the receipt that I paid for it from Digital River, but I keep getting a splash screen saying "confirm and finish the purchase to get your discounts’ when I click on the link it takes me to the next stage of filling in my details and then requests payment again.
I find it impossible to ‘talk’ to Avast, unless I ring them, before I do is anyone else having this issue?

I purchased a years subscription to Clean Up but I have been unable to activate despite an automated email from Avast showing me a couple of procedures. It is now asking me to take out a 2 year subscription and so I have asked for a refund.
Why aren’t there easy to follow instructions to activate the cleanup program. I have the license and cannot activate cleanup.
