Cleanup doesn't work !

I bought Avast Premier last year.
The Performance Cleanup I bought never worked.

The screenshot says it all.
Why has Avast never contacted me about this like they said they would.
I’m not very happy about this situation. :cry:

Do you have a subscription for CleanUp ?
If not, don’t be surprised that it doesn’t work.

This problem has been going on for a very long time.

Avast should extend the subscription time for all users free. :slight_smile:
I think a full year free from the date it gets fixed would be nice.

I just made a new Macrium Reflect system image today.
If this beta screws things up I can revert to my good OS easily.
Since I added usb 3.1 ports & got a 1TB external HD I can restore in about 5 minutes. :slight_smile:
1GB/second read speed.
585MB/second write speed.

It wouldn’t work without my buying a new license.

I tried my Cleanup activation numbers & it said invalid.
I don’t have a license.
The only options left were to buy a license or Exit, which closed the program.

I already read it.
The person said they have experienced the same issue & are working on fixing it.
He said he would be in touch with me when it gets fixed.
Of course, I was told the same thing about the version I already have & they never did contact me. :frowning:

If they don’t get the problems fixed nobody will test the beta…
