Cleanup not working (known issue?)

Hello,

I purchased Cleanup Premium a couple of months back and I am still unable to use it. After scanning my computer, and clicking “resolve”, it does nothing.

I think this is a known issue, but this is just taking the biscuit as I’ve paid for a product that simply isn’t doing what it’s meant to do.

Any advice?

Windows 10 64 Bit.

  • Which Avast…? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
  • Which version…?
  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

Probably would have helped …
Avast Premier (however, it wasn’t working with just the regular Avast either).
Latest version (sorry I’m not home at the moment to confirm the exact version, but it’s deffo updated to the latest)

None - always been Avast with this laptop.

Everything else works fine, its just the Avast Cleanup that isn’t working.

Hi I’ve a Avast Premier and Cleanup purchased. But on my account I just have a license download just for Antivirus.

Where I can find the licence download for Cleanup?

I did another update and it says that version is up to date.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Did that …

You need a license if you want to use avast CleanUp.
And please start your own thread if you want help next time.
