Cleanup Premium & PCs not linked to account

Hello,

I purchased Cleanup Premium licence for my laptop and I also have the free antivirus program on that laptop as well as another laptop, however I cannot see any of these in my account. Firstly I would like to get them linked and secondly I would like to extend the cleanup premium to the second laptop.

I have logged in to my avast account through the antivirus software on both PCs and waited 2 days, however neither have appeared yet in my account, nor my licences.
