Cleanup Premium- unable to log in or use activation code

I purchased premium after the free trial. On my web portal it shows premium is activated but on the windows app my login and activation code will not work.

In the My Subscriptions section of the app it show Avast Cleanup “Subscribed” but not premium.

I cannot use premium and am now very frustrated. I have tried restarting and reinstalling but no success.

I also have two Driver Updater subscriptions as well??? Can one of these be refunded pease?

The troubleshooting doe snot work. There is no license file attached to my email either.

I cannot log into cleanup premium as there is an error and my license code is not accepted.

I have just double checked and the subscription /activation code in the email says for cleanup premium but when I log in to the App the same code is there but just gives me basic cleanup.

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?
