Clients not reporting back to the console

Hi,

we installed the latest release of BP today on a sbs 2003 server, with a single user on the network the workstation moans it cant communicate in the avastnet.log file you see this

12/12/2011, 22:19:20 Server didn’t respond in time! Trying to wait a little longer.
12/12/2011, 22:19:50 Server didn’t respond in time! Will Restart NetPump.

in the sbctransport.log you see this

however you do not see the logins from the pc on the admin console, I have checked the laptops firewall to ensure that its allowing 25322, I have even turned off the firewall and the problem still persists.

I can ping the server name from the workstation and it pings and resloves fine…

console is version 1.1.132.15 db version 1348

is the SBC server computer using more than 1 network card?

this seems like the same issue I am having ?
