From a close relative with new Dell xp computer (dualcore AMD)

“what do you mean running with an administravive account? what is that?”

where is a good really basic tutorial for setting up user and limited user accounts (for his kids)
He lives several hundred miles away and I have had to “visit” to remove crapola before when he was AOL all the way
A couple of weeks ago I got him upgraded to SP-3 and some other basic tweeks like spyware blaster
he is also IE
