Closing the current web link tab

I have too many tabs open and I do not see it on the current list of folders and tabs to easily close the current open tab. I am looking for a way to close the open tab without going to the list of tabs feature

You don’t say what browser you are using, so I will take a wild guess, Avast Secure Browser (ASB) since you are on the Avast Community Forum.

It looks like this is a common key stroke function in multiple browsers. If you are using ASB, this is based on the Chromium code so I would take a wild guess it would also work for ASB.
