I did not get the code for installing Idenity.Have payed for this 23 april 2025.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I’m not sure if this might be the problem, is it possible that you gave the wrong email address as you should have had an email with your subscription information.
Are you able to log into your Avast Account from within your program (you didn’t mention which one) ?
