comdlj32.dll and spoolvv.exe????

I was infect with this virus and can’t get it out of my system. Avast keeps finding this comdlj32.dll over and over again. Everytime it’s found, I delete this file with avast, but it comes back again. I found out that a file called spoolvv.exe has something to do with this virus, and it’s already blocked with my zone alarm pro version. I already did a scan with avast and others anti-spywares (like spybot and adware), and they find nothing. Why this comdlj32.dll is coming back over and over again and how do I get rid of it?

  Sounds like you should try "Ewido" from :
  www.ewido.net/en . This program "specializes" in 
  situations like this ( there is no need to buy the program ).
  Either run its "Online Scanner" or install & update, then
  run its "Complete System Scan" .
