I have exactly the same problem as this person, but in English! I can’t seem to get any response from Avast! They keep sending me emails to say my auto-renewal of a licence has failed because my credit card has expired. Fine, but when I follow their instructions to update my credit card, the form simply does nothing, nada, zilch, zip. I have submitted a help ticket and even emailed them my new details. Have had one automated response saying they’re a bit busy at the moment, but really it has been too long and this is not good enough.
Avast needs to provide an instant chat help service for its paid-up users, or some other way to contact them other than just by email, because I’m left feeling exasperated by this system. Alternatively, users’ saved credit card should simply be part of their secure account profiles, so that users can easily update that info themselves whenever they want. Lots of other services allow for this, and many others have a chat help function.
At the end of tether on this one, thinking we’re going to have to migrate to a different antivirus provider sadly.
avast is busy switching to another support system, so yes you need to have patience after submitting a ticket.
As alternative you can contact the payment processing company.
