Computer will not start windows. Safemode stops at aswRvrt.sys

Hello,

Today my desktop restarted and wouldn’t get past the starting windows screen so I restarted and booted into safe mode. In safe mode it wouldn’t load past aswRvrt.sys. I have run FRST and the FRST.txt is attached.

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same USB as FRST
Run Frst as before and press fix
On completion try a normal reboot

Ok, I did that and it now freezes at CLASSPNP.sys I re-ran FRST and attached the log.

Update Windows Defender is the cause of this problem. Perhaps the best solution reinstall system.
I removed Avast , but it is not a solution. Malware is not causing the problem.

Ok, so I’m going to re-install the system and want to bring over my programs and files. To bring over my paid programs and make sure they stay registered will I need to bring any other folders over than the program files folders and my user folder and can I bring the drivers folder over so I don’t need to re-install them all? Also, I’m going to scan the files before putting them back, should I use any other program than Avast to scan them?
