Computer with avast installed not showing in My Avast Website

Hello all :slight_smile:

I am having a problem… After successfully signing in my avast account in my avast installation, the device does not appear in my avast website device list.
However, my account is shown adequately in my licenses menu under my avast installation.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, we are now changing the my avast portal and the devices are no longer paid. we focus more on the license management

Does it means that PCs using Avast free will no longer shows up in the portal?

What about free Avast for mobile?

Yes desktop PCs aren’t counted anymore. Regarding mobiles I am not sure…
