Confusing detection explorer.exe:userini.exe

It’s just a virtual machine after testing, but to be honest, even i’m confused here. Will cleaning only remove appended userini.exe or will also trash the explorer.exe making my system boot without any interface?

Since i couldn’t wait for an answer i’ve just picked Repair as a first option. It failed. Tried Move to chest, failed as well. Tried Delete, again failed to do anything. Seems like a hopeless case. Now what? Based on the name structure it’s appended to the NTFS stream, how to get this darn thing off the explorer.exe file using avast! only?
Shouldn’t avast! be able to clean this off the explorer.exe executable?

EDIT:
Interesting, boot time scan couldn’t do a thing but regular on-demand scan fixed it (or so it seems). Just doing another boot scan…
