Just a quick one. Is there a quick way to connect a load of workstations to a new SBA Console?

Had the SBA running a VM which died a particular slow death, so have the console running now on a new VM with a different name.

Is there a quick way of reconnecting the workstations to the console without having to deploy and reinstall on all of the client machines?

Use the old hostname as alias (CNAME) to your existing one.
