Connecting to Taiwan always leads to somewhere else

For the last few weeks, whenever I connect to the Taiwan server, my computer is actually connected to somewhere else’s server (Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland…etc). There is no such problem with other Asian servers like Japan though.

I have been able to connect to Taiwan since I subscribed to SecureLine VPN a few years ago.
But starting from this summer, this problem occurs to me, too. Don’t know whether AVAST is taking this seriously.
