When I try to install anti-theft I get connection error ta-cdn.avast.com both on wifi and 3g. All other sites and servers are working fine. My device is stock 2.3.6 Galaxy Ace.
hi - just checked the server and it is running fine. On your phone can you go to https://ta-cdn.avast.com/provide.php (it will tell you an error but check if it works)
Yes, it works but download still fails during the install. :o

The problem ended when I rolled back YouTube app update (I noticed phone stopped playing movies recently). Weird as it seems it fixed the problem.
I finally managed to install anti theft.

Connection error: Unable to resolve host “ta.cdn.avast.com”: No address associated with host name.
