I have both Pro and Premier each with a couple of licenses attached to each. I cannot find a way to transfer my Pro to the Premier and pay the difference. Help…

Support tickets are handled on a First In First Out and can take around 5 working days. Whatever you do don’t submit multiple tickets as this throws you back in the line.
