Constant Billyjons.net threat popup

Hello. I keep getting the billyjons.net threat popup in Avast Free Addition even just moving the mouse cursor around the screen. I am using Brave Browser Brave is up to date - Version 1.7.92 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Any ideas why this is constantly happening and how do I make sure there is no underlying threat installed on my computer.
