Constant warning of blocking SMB connection infected with EternalBlue

A few days ago I reported that a warning is constantly appearing that Avast is blocking a connection to a site infected with EternalBlue. They told me to do a series of things, including restoring the computer to a state before the failure began. I did everything and the warning continues. No antivirus detects anything (I tried Avast in full scan start, with AntiMalware and Antimalware Anti Root Kit, with AVG, with ESET online and with ADW Cleaner).
However, by inquiring a little more I was able to notice a series of users in different parts of the world who report the same problem through the Avast forums. In all cases the recommendation is to block port 445 and disable SMB, which I do not know how to do since I do not master the technique thoroughly.
Since I am seeing that it is a problem that is beginning to expand, I think and it is being presented in different parts, I think that Avast should take action on the matter and address this at a higher level, in order to make a guideline of recommendations to users. root of this problem that began to appear at the end of 2017.
Following are the links of the users who have reported it in forums:

I closed port 445. I hope it works out right.

Thanks!

Is it ok just closing port 445? Do I have to disable SMB or it is enough closing port 445?
