How can I contact Avast, the address given me gets rejected, Using their pre-set questions do not relate to my problem

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

I don’t know where you got this address, as far as I’m aware there is no direct email contact.

Where were these preset questions ?
What is the problem you have ?

This really should have been in it’s own new topic. What Avast program do you have ?

Have you looked on the Avast Settings.

  • If you use Avast Premium Security, you can additionally stop seeing offers for other Avast products and Personalised Discounts. ** Avast UI > Menu > Settings > General > Personal Privacy.
  • Also check the AvastUI > Menu > Settings > General
  • Notifications, I would suggest using the Pop-up Notifications treatment - Limited Mode.

To contact avast by email, chat, or (in some countries) by phone, you must drop pre-set questions by clicking on “get support.”

You will then be offered a contact option, such as “chat now”.

Give it up. Three times, I was assigned to a “chat” with no answer, having waited 20 minutes each time.. Avast’s support is terrible, non-existent, even for a paid subscriber. They’re going downhill fast.
