Content preview: in body of the email very annoying

Ever sense I installed Avast Free on my computer I now get this below in the body of my emails in Outlook 2010. This is very annoying and need to remove this. This below was not coming up before I installed Avast.

OK run an OTL scan and I will see if I can find it, as it is on your system
