I don’t even know what these pop ups mean so they are frankly wasted on me! They literally pop-up every time I navigate to a new website and I have to spend more time clicking to get rid of them that doing work.
How do I stop this?

A screenshot of the popup or Avast Alert - which I doubt given your comment.
It just doesn’t appear to be an Avast Alert, given your comment above. Do you have any other security based applications or apps.
Drag & Drop - Create a screenshot on your computer and save it locally. Using windows explorer or other file management program, drag and drop into your next post/reply post.
Have you modified your Avast Firewall settings ?
I use the Firewall on Smart mode. That brings the noise down considerable.
That said having a look at your screenshot - it doesn’t appear to be the internet that it is querying but onedrivelauncher.exe’s connection to a site.
I don’t know how that interacts with normal browsing outside of when using OneDrive (I don’t use OneDrive, so I have no personal experience of it).
I just wonder if you added it as a trusted app.
