I have an Avast 4 license for x persons. I want to convert my Avast4-license to Avast5-license, but still be able to keep the Avast4-license working because most of people are still working with Avast 4. Does converting your key on http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php have any impact on existing users with Avast 4?

It would depend on how these avast4 pro licenses are deployed, if you are using them on stand alone systems or if they are in a network and you are using ADNM to manage the installed Pro versions ?
If they are all stand alone then I believe the license file could be applied to the system you want to upgrade to avast5 pro.
