Coupon Companion Dropper Found and having trouble removing it

Today, Avast started detecting a Dropper while my computer was sitting idle. It appears a file called “uninstall.exe” located in Program Files (x86) in a folder called Coupon Companion Plugin tried to launch itself while I was a few feet away from my computer. When I tried to run the uninstall through Control Panel Avast detected it again and put it in the virus chest. So I can’t uninstall the program because the uninstall file is the infected file. What do I do?

I am running
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)
8GB RAM
Intel Core i-5 2.5GHz

100G free disc space

You can also send the virus sample to the virus lab if you wish but leave that in the chest for now if you can not repair the infection.

Thanks have a great evening
