On October 16 2016 around 7:00 AM I decided to upgrade my free antivirus to internet security and subsequently used my credit card to pay for it. I thought everything went well until I called up my bank at around 10:30 AM to check the balance of my credit card, incidentally I inquired about my latest transaction about AVAST only to find that my credit card was charged twice. I’d like to respectfully ask What is now my remedy to get back the excess charge? Tha bank told me that the excess charge will go back to my credit within fifteen days but it will be expedited if the merchant would also do something about it
