I got a new computer, and had previously ( recently ) paid for Avast premier, however it dd not transfer to my new computer. I sen all my order ID information, passwords, etc.
How can I get it back onto this new computer?

It won’t automatically transfer to the new computer as it has no idea that you have a license.
When installed on your new computer, link it to your my.avast.com account. Delete the old installation that had the license assigned. This should free up your license again and I believe you can then assign the license to your new system.
If that isn’t possible you can use the Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
