I was trying to get through to the customer service with provided phone no +44 800 031 8398 (UK) but my call is constatntly being rejected. Is there any other customer service phone no or is it all a masive scam?

Hi I’m user6074 re case 24242383 I want to cancel the payment made yesterday of £64.98 as I no longer use the product and can you also please cancel my annual subscription
I am also trying to talk to someone or to contact customer services directly does not work. Neither does a link I tried yesterday to access online chat. I signed up for Avast Silver this week for what I thought was a year but it seems my subscription ends in September. Because I couldn’t get to talk to anyone I tried to cancel the subscription but that link didn’t work either. I’m getting very upset.
